Turn Shopify Orders CSV exports into a multi-store sales report

1 Export Orders CSV Use the standard Orders export from each Shopify store.
Export your Shopify Orders CSV
1. In Shopify Admin, go to Orders.
2. Click Export.
3. Select Orders by date and choose the date range you want to analyze.
4. Under Export as, choose CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs.
5. Click Export orders.
6. Repeat for each Shopify store.
- Use the same date range for every store when possible.
- Choose Export orders, not Export transaction histories.
- Upload the original CSV file without changing its columns.

The report keeps the business information needed for analysis, including store, product, variant, SKU, sales, order, date, currency, discount, refund, tax, and bundle results.

Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, and billing addresses are not included in report outputs.

Raw CSV uploads are not intentionally retained after processing. Temporary application data and report results may remain in memory while the reporting session is active.

Generated reports may contain commercially sensitive store, product, sales, and performance information. Users remain responsible for downloaded report files.

Yes. Reports can compare product, variant, and SKU performance across stores where the selected report modules and uploaded data support the comparison.

How does MerchantFrame identify bundle opportunities?

Bundle opportunities are based on products appearing together in eligible order data. They are evidence-based co-purchase signals and do not claim that one product caused another purchase.

Does MerchantFrame connect to the Shopify API?

No. The Beta works with Shopify Orders CSV exports and does not connect to the Shopify API.

Can I compare stores using different currencies?

Yes. Native Currency keeps unlike currencies separate. Manual Conversion uses the reporting currency and positive exchange rates supplied by the user.

Which report formats can I download?

The Beta provides complete Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF reports, plus supporting table and chart workbooks.

How does MerchantFrame handle uploaded CSV files and customer information?

Raw uploads are not intentionally retained after processing, although temporary application data and report results may remain in memory while the reporting session is active. Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, and billing addresses are not included in report outputs.

Is an account or payment required?

No. The current Beta requires no account, payment, or credit card.
